Who we are
careersstat is operated by CAREERSBAR LTD (company number 15319889), registered in England and Wales at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
By creating an account or using careersstat you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
careersstat provides dashboards, maps, indices, exports, and research tools built on official UK and EU labour market sources.
Demo and public API endpoints are provided for evaluation. Production features require a paid subscription or approved access.
We may update features, data sources, or availability with reasonable notice where changes materially affect paid customers.
Free trial
New accounts may start one 3-day free trial without a payment card. Trials carry usage limits (reports, AI queries, dataset views) shown in the product, and one trial is available per account.
When the trial ends or its limits are exhausted, access to gated features stops until you subscribe. We may amend trial length or limits prospectively for new trials.
Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal
Paid plans are billed in pounds sterling (GBP) monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices shown at checkout are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We will charge the payment method on file at each renewal at the then-current price for your plan. Material price changes will be notified at least 30 days before they apply to you.
You can cancel at any time from your billing page or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by law.
If a renewal payment fails we will retry it and notify you. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or downgrade of access.
Consumer rights (UK)
If you purchase as a consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By starting your subscription immediately you request immediate supply of digital services and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed or substantially used during the cooling-off period, your right to cancel for a full refund may be reduced or lost; any refund will be reduced proportionally to the service already provided.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for services to be performed with reasonable care and skill.
Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy at /refund-policy.
Discounts, coupons & complimentary access
Promotional codes and discounts apply only as described at the time of issue (duration, eligible plans, expiry, redemption caps). They cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn for suspected abuse.
Complimentary or trial access granted by our team is discretionary, time-limited, and may be revoked for breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass authentication or the paywall, share credentials across people or organisations, scrape the service beyond documented API limits, reverse engineer proprietary indices, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for credentials issued to your organisation and for activity under your account.
AI features
Some features use third-party AI providers to generate summaries and analysis. AI outputs may contain errors and are provided for decision support only — see our AI Processing Policy at /ai-processing.

To the extent permitted by law, CAREERSBAR LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.
Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment, with notice where practicable.
On termination you may request an export of your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it in line with our Privacy Policy retention periods.
Clauses that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits and governing law) will continue to apply.
